Or focus on weakness or favorite line.. And every human being knows exactly what is the line that weakens in front of it, and repeatedly falls into it, and mostly repeats his confessions. Let these sins be practiced to leave them while fasting. And that's how a holy fast really is. 2- A fasting person may practice to leave a habit: Like a smoker who practices fasting to quit smoking, or an addict of a certain drink, it has become a dominant habit that they cannot quit, just like tea and coffee addicts. Or the one who becomes a habit of watching TV wastes his time and affects his responsibility
